Any info on twiss trans - largo,fl?

Anybody have any information on Twiss Transportation out of Larg,FL?
Unfortunately, the owner op that I was supposed to go to work for turned out to be a certified "flake".
And to make matters worse, the situation here in florida as far as employment goes is totally pathetic. In all my years here I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE "WORK WELL" so low,actually empty. There are no driving jobs
available, and to make matters worse, the new laws for the TWIC card makes it impossible to get a job hauling fuel,it's a 2 month wait to get an interview for the card, the government has found a way to put a strangle hold on hard working people,and make them dive into the abyss of anxiety
trying to find employment before one ends up on the street.
So, if anyone knows something about TWISS TRANS please let me know the good and the bad...at this point i'll be happy shoveling poo at the zoo!
