Ok so I hit the housing with a temp gun and its reading 157 but my gauge is just above 100.

That's after changing both temp sensors.

When I opened the pressure cap on the overflow this morning there was a decent amount of pressure still in the system. I shut down at 4pm yestersay and did this around 9am this morning, is this normal? Should there still be a good amount of pressure in the system that long after shutdown?
