need advise

im trying to figure why i keep gettin denied,i came to ga. with a reckless in my personal vehicle from chlt '06.Super desparate, i got with a renagade lease company that hired me 01/07 with that infraction "un-beleiveable", during 07 i accumulated a stuck in the mud at a pilot, very minor,also i tapped the bay door pulling into terminal mechanic shop on yard slowly also minor,they really didnt have to put that on my DAC. Both incident i rebuttal WITH USIS,both non-reportable.
i since had that reckless DISMISSED,NO CONVICTION....'08 with a different company i received one moving violation on i40 gorge area Tenn/NC.,improper lane or location...with that said i keep getting denied.I feel i been black ball by that rengade company.Is it common I get this treatment

 

accidents,no they're two incident actually,(1)drives stuck in mud at pilot,and (2)i bump bay door at terminal yard pulling in mechanic shop at 5mph

 

wreckless was dismissed 12/07 and it was in my personal vehicle due to a miscarriage.,not a truck
