Coming down the wire for drive tires, I got m726EL now, they'll be turning 300k in 5k miles and have about 8/32's on them. I don't have the option of national account with landstar anymore, so I'm price shopping. I won't run Michelin, I feel there is not enough bang for the buck, waste of money in my opinion.
Looking at hankook, bfg, Cooper (not Roadmaster), toyo, Yokohama. Any other suggestions?
What's everyone running for drives and what kind of mileage are you seeing. As you see in my avatar, I'm pulling a stepdeck, hauling weight at times, 5-600 miles radius of home.

I’ve used bridgestones m726 forever. I can buy them new from a guy for $300 and my
Last set lasted me 350k miles. I know guys who ran the bridgestones m853 as drive tires (more of an all purpose) for greater fuel economy but I wouldn’t advise it if you go north in winter. -
If you got a guy that got 726el for 300, I'll take 8 right now. I run in the north and have been extremely pleased with the traction from my bridgestones in the snow. -
Does ooida or nastc have national tire accounts?

I run generals. They wear even more than any I have saw.

I'll take 8 as well, even throw a couple of Benjamins your way

Look into the Hankook DL12. Real similar to the Michelin XDN2 but without the Michelin price.
Rounded_nut Thanks this. -
Derailed Thanks this.

Another recommendation for the Hankook DL12's, I live in South Dakota plenty of gravel snow, and ice and got good traction
