Flatbed & oversize $1200 wk guarantee: WI OH MO TN & nearby

This thread is real. I'll clarify the "peanuts" for other readers of the thread since this job is not for you but other drivers have interest in it. $1200 is a weekly guarantee with a commission program built in. The drivers are not JUST making $1200/week. The commission check is paid out the first week of the following month of all money earned OVER the $1200 each week. Some of these commission checks are over $4,000. It all depends on the loads the drivers are hauling because it's based on percentages. If you do the math on that that's $4800 gross from the weekly guarantee, $4000 for the monthly commission = $8800 for the month. YES, drivers that work here do make that much, with potential for more.

Drivers don't have to take the weekly guarantee; it's an option that allows for a regular paycheck every week and a sizable "bonus" that's not taxed as a bonus. Drivers can also get paid just the percentage pay, which averages between $1500-$1800+ each week and fluctuates weekly depending on loads hauled. That doesn't even include our safety bonus program that adds another $5000-$8000 to the driver's annual pay.

We do! We actually have two options. You can run under our authority and make 65% of linehaul revenue & accessorials, or run under your own authority and make 85% of linehaul revenue & accessorials. We have our own solid freight base as well as an in-house brokerage team to keep drivers moving.
