Any new information on saia trucking?

That's actually ok, but get it set up while you are parked, don't be fumbling around with the phone and the cord while running down the road, most the guys put a cell phone mount on the dash then run their cord to the stereo.

 

They do, but they mostly sweat the gate times, not the ETAs, yes to them it is ideal to make the ETA time, but stuff happens and they know that, I have always been told to just keep in communication with the destination terminal or meet driver if their are going to be ETA issues.

 

No not the med certs they pay those from the start, at 10 years of service you stop having to pay your weekly portion of the health insurance, Saia starts paying it, yes I know what their website says, but we do have over 10 year employees there lol.

 

Very true, but it's a long road to that 10 years, I have to admit that, but if achieved well worth it.

Great companies, they also hardly ever hire where I live, Saia was hiring, I was in the right place at the right time, as it turns out, it's not a bad job to me, always keep me busy, plenty of miles and the checks never bounce.

 

I like money too but to be baby sitted and micromanaged for it forget about it. I run linehaul at OD

 

Thats good money but like my other post said thats possible at all the other LTL companies and they dont babysit you
