Admit it, your company’s FMs have no idea what they are doing. Repair shop guys don’t do a thing. You got a 10 cent raise when you requested it? Lmao, is your dad Rick?
Either you get paid to sugar coat problems your company faces or you’re ignorant about the whole situation at least in the Atlanta hub.
For those who remain working at your company I’ll say I hope they are looking for something better in their mind and for those new ones starting out bless their hearts.

Research .... I've never been fired from a trucking job. I'm starting to think as long as you don't hurt anyone any equipment any freight it's almost impossible to get fired. So far I'm right ,, I finally turned in my Roehl truck and they keep calling & messaging me to come back.

Yes ... I was phoned by a research company to do a survey. They wanted to know why I left Roehl ??? I guess they are OK for a Newby or someone that doesn't have many options but I have been retired and have lots of bank account at the end of every month so I don't care about a company's problems and issues and boy did Roehl have many problems and issues. Funny and entertaining though lol ....Oderus Urungus Thanks this.

Might be ... they were young kids in the office at Roehl , they new nothing.

Does se regional drivers get 1-1.2k a week?

For pay they do not. They are one of the lowest paying fleets we have.

The pay is performanced based and not longevity based.Last edited: Aug 14, 2019
