Help me understand the 30% idle time... is 30% of the total hrs driven? So if one drives 60 hours in a week idle time is 18 hrs per week=almost 3 hrs a day and if one stops for 12 hrs a day idle air or heat usage is max 15minutes each hour with the auto on/off temp regulated? Is that sufficient for those 90 degree days/nights? Thanks

Ok, I am out the door. So begins the training on the road. I don't have a laptop(yet) so I will not be able to talk to you guys/gals. I should have some interesting stories i'm sure. All those that are going to attend Central's school: Good luck and pay attention. Thank you all for the words of wisdom and support you have given me in the past 3 weeks. Take care and drive safe!!

Oh joy, am in OKC trying to deliever to the Kraft distributer. I'm going to hate this back, I can tell. Have to back off of a street, jackknife in thru some garage doors, and then try to spot the dock as I'm straightening up the truck. I am NOT looking foward to it!!!!! At least they do have some lines painted and I have talked to 1 of their drivers who just backed in, so at least I have an ideer what to do.

I have a question maybe I just overlooked an answer somewhere. After you finish, get your truck and go home to transfer your license to your home state, (Idaho in my case) is it a straight transfer or is there more tests to take?

2 days and I'm on the bus!!

Give the DMV a call JJ's licence was from Alabama and he had to do the test when he transferred it to Idaho.

Maybe Brickman can answer that question better!
