watch what u sign

I worked for a small company here in indiana.I was home on weekends .On dec the 9 2007 i was bobtailing to go get a load i came across a small bridge and hit black ice at the time i was only going 30miles hour the speed limit was 55, It had been raining and the rds were a mess. I had cars passing me cause i was going so slow.I messed up the front bumper, which i had to pay for i was a company driver .but they took out 100 dollars on a weekly bases. I was fired from the company cause i had to many doctors appointments .They refused to send me any of my paper work from my last run on the week i was fired i never got my check stub or any info on how much i made that week i call many times and they kept telling me it was in the mail but i never saw it cause i didnt get any pay from my last run i was put in the hole, and am still there. They r giving me a bad rape and am unable to go with any companies do to that. the companies name is COOKIE CARRIERS/ROYALTY TRUCKING,If u put a dent in the bumper ur charged for it .i read all the paper work i have from them and it didnt say a thing about paying for damage done to the truck. I was told to go to small calms court but am not able to do to not having gas money or money to pay for the court. This company isnt a good company cause they rip u off in any way they can they tell u , that u cant quit cause u owe them money, i have the guts just no money to file againist them. Be wise and stay away from them . they r in Butler Indiana snd r a flatbed company he doesnt pay u if u do over size loads and he doesnt get the permits for them , H e expects u to run oversize loads wnd he keeps the money
