He is trying? but his pick up isn't until 11.15am in the morning.

He will be there well before that.

But he is thinking it will be tonight before he gets there.:biggrin_25512:

He delivered this morning at 3:00am had a nap then went and had trailer washed out, got some pallets and then went and picked up the other load which he is taking to the drop yard and then onto Rochelle.

Ya think the lazy thing would move quicker!!:biggrin_25525:

hey biggja, my husband just replaced his utah (training) license with his home-town idaho license. he had to retake the "state" test only, not cdl but regular vehicle. if you have other endorsements....like motorcycle, which he has, you will have to retake that. what was a pisser was that he just had a replacement license done in december when we moved to idaho from hawaii, had his cdl license done in utah, and then replaced again in idaho.....he paid for 3 licenses in 6 mths......me?....i failed miserably because in hawaii we don't have tractors, railroads or open ranges.

Hey, just a random question which I'm sure has been asked before, but besides the Volvos what kinda trucks does central have for company drivers? Just curious.

    Thanks y'all!

Congrats everyone on testing, getting on the road and yes; even waiting on JJ. I can't believe I was gone all day and three more pages of post were added. I do thing that this is the most popular thread! Maybe next month we can hit 400!

Having to move the CDL back to the home state sounds like it is a pain in the butt.

Someone mentioned that everyone is giving up their hazmat. Swift said that if I get mine before coming to orientation that I will get a truck faster! - But I think they said the pay is the same. I told them I would think about it. No reason to let them know that I wanted to get it anyway - I figured it just opens the market a little.

    Cubby_Tina,
Thanks for answering my question. That kinda sucks. I just moved to Idaho and got my license here a week ago. Maybe since mine is so recent I'll get luckier with that. So how are things going as far as miles for you? You guys making it ok on Central pay? My future wife is worried about money coming in.
