Is your honeymoon phase over yet? These guys dick3ed me around since the time i started in March until the time i left in June with a balance owed of $900 that they couldn't figure out why it wasn't making it to payroll. After 5 weeks of their games, i parked the truck. Pay me what i'm owed and i'll come back to work... Neither of which happened. Yeah, they'll run you to Green Bay. You'll sit for 3 days waiting for that load though. Best week i had was the third to the last which was 2600 miles, then i had 1400 miles (8 days running), then 1100 miles (6 days running).

Tyson dispatches the trucks, and yes, it's forced dispatch, so you're at their mercy. They pay detention once you notify them that they "forgot" to key it on payroll and they add it a couple weeks later, which they just quit paying all together. I had $900 in detention and added stop miles that went out 5 weeks. There's a loop hole to that, though. They don't schedule delivery times. They use a "drop dead" time, which is usually a few days out. Then when you sit around waiting to unload or reload, they don't have to pay you a dime. "When are you going to be available to run"? why would i keep working if i'm not getting paid for the work completed. Pay me and i'll be ready to roll. They eventually did add it to last week's settlement... as payment towards the plate, which they also took the escrow balance paid. ####ing liars, cheats and crooks is what they are. The first red flag was when i never received the $1500 sign on bonus they were advertising. We pay that in 30 days... After 30 days, "We're not doing that anymore". Tough ####. it was a condition of my employment.

My lawyer's going to have a field day with this ########. $27,000 in 3 months, and i was only home 2 weekends. You do the math. $2000/ wk.

They require cameras in the trucks that are linked directly to the company, and there's no turning them off. even on home time... think about that.

In conclusion, if you decide to goto work with these idiots, you'd better loosen up that backside because they're going to hit it hard.

    Intothesunset Thanks this.

I've never had an issue with getting paid here. The drop dead time is correct there can be windows on loads. If u sit 24 hours on them you get paid. My pay has never been missed or messed up here. A $1500 sign on bonus idk about that as it wasn't offered to me. Plates are $150 a week till paid for. The escrow is $500 unless you ask them to take more. $27,000 in 3 months I'm at 52,000 in that time frame. Far as camera goes mine is off when the truck is off.

The ones I've talked to well most are doing just as good as me. Couple have told me they are getting about 2k miles a week or less but they don't run hard. They don't wanna run nights thry want 12 hour breaks or they miss appointments. I run hard and always try to deliver early. Not every company is perfect for everyone though.
