Company drivers pay for fuel?

    He being new probably not thinking,” You could not make it with that arrangement “ When I started I leased on with a new guy starting out. At 80/20 split. I payed expenses, he had numbers and dispatched ( off the boards, no freight of his own ) We could create a lot of cash flow, the problem No Profit. Bottom line you got to make profit to stay in business. The guy I leased on with went out of business because he had no plan to keep his people profitable.

    30% is ######## bro. Cant trust a brother law, they are not your friends, i have 4 of them i know. If you want to get into expediting its 60%-40% and you pay fuel.
