i read that one thing they go by is fraud rate. florida is supposed to have lots of insurance fraud which drives rates up. i dont know how true that is though

 

Yea I'd believe it to be honest.. Funny enough though I was looking at a list of the best and worst states for a LLC and FL was like number 3 or 4 on the best list.. Which I don't get because FL has a yearly filing fee of $139 I think it was... vs MO as example has no filing fee requirements at all.. but I guess it could be because of no state income taxes..
