You’ll get whatever truck they have available just like any other bottom feeder mega outfit. Wonder if all of those fellas pulling for TMC in aero trucks are upset they didn’t get a 379/389 like they used in recruiting ads?
Been out here 17 years and never seen a Cypress 379?
Alrighty then.
New guys thinking about doing this beware of recruiters.

Sure. I guess. It’s their truck. Their tarp. Their trailer... it’s not like they’re false advertising an opportunity? You play their game and you to could one day be driving a hood with Cypress on the door... I wouldn’t expect to get a hood from any company just for making a phone call.
You have different expectations. -

I have never found a recruiter to be anything other than trustworthy. If they tell you something, you can take it to the bank.

Ltl guys always run rough trucks but they make good money.
Swift around my way is driving long nose Pete’s with 650hp Cummins hauling oversize/weight that’s what the recruiter said. 3 bucks a mile.HoneyBadger67, D.Tibbitt, LtlAnonymous and 1 other person Thank this. -
Cypress has turquoise truck, white trucks and one other color that I can't remember off hand.
They don't have any o/o's. They also seem to take care of their drivers because none of them that Ive talked to had anything bad to say. One guy I talked to a couple different times has been with them since 1999.FlaSwampRat and LtlAnonymous Thank this.
