Kinda a modern version of the emergency shut-off flap and t-handle on the 2 stroke Detroits.

You can get some pretty advanced ones nowadays that tap into the J1939 network. They will trip automatically once a set RPM threshold is reached.

Hahahah. You know I did not say I hate them. But for ownership Cat is the last one in line for what I currently do and Pete is not my top choice. Never had a problem driving them or working on them when someone else owned it. Just my preference, but you never know when things could change.

I sure as heck will give you that on a Pete, it is about as easy as they come. Minus some cabover that you could take them out the top in 60 minutes.

The 120 classic you ain't getting much of a arm between engine and fire wall. Then the thing with Flds are the air tanks and who oldered them and were. Some were easy, some you pull. But after the air tanks I think they are simple. Done some Western stars that rank up the with Pete's on clutch jobs and room too.

@OLDSKOOLERnWV I have a Daycab setting in the garage if you need a ride. And we can figure out how to get you to fit.

Sorry to hear this brother, anything you need let me know.

That will do it but you might want to shorten it up a bit, that long one will rip if you back through a hole or over a curb. If your mounts were mounted a bit lower you could use 1 21" tarp strap between them but it would go around the frame and will strain too much and will wear to quick.
