I wont throw people under the bus but one of their top trainers said that those mics were added to the trucks after front facing cameras were installed. he made it very clear that I need to be careful about what I say on the phone while driving and/or in sleeper berth. that to me is ultra creepy. they can eavesdrop on you at any time. before I resigned I was talking to a lot of different companies about a better job opportunity and I noticed that I started getting crappy loads and borderline impossible dispatches. their communication hub has too much power. it is a very close-knit family. I respect that but they definitely violate our privacy.

 

do you know what that DM's excuse was as to why he knew I was pulled over? he said he knew a local that was in that town that said they seen my truck pulled over off on the side of the road and he just so happened top up loads in that area and seen on the GPS that I was on the side of the road. I called straight BS. I called my trainer and he told me it was BS too and said I"warned you about them listening in on your conversations". I was on the phone with my ex-wife and I said crap I just got pulled over I don't know why these police pulled me over this is ridiculous. this ain't nothing but a speed trap. soon thereafter I had a DM calling me asking me why I got pulled over. that DM call me before the police officer even walked up to my truck. this ain't just weird conspiracies they were eavesdropping.

 

the problem with no one being able to get in touch with safety or after hours maintenance is because they're chilling at the lake and don't want to answer the phone. they're after our service absolutely sucks

nope. all you got to do is get you some wire cutters and snip the wires to the Mics or unplug the wiring harness to the back of your eld right above the sun visors. after they eavesdropped on me and I could prove it... that's exactly what I did. they didn't hear anything from me on my route from Atlanta to Denver on to Fargo to turn in my truck. I got several calls from Mark in safety asking me if my Bendix system was alerting me like it's supposed to. hmmm...
