    I would check the date on last fuel filter change. A fuel filter that is getting plugged up will reduce how much flow you have on the top end. Tho if the filter checks out I would be wanting to have a spare fuel pump on hand. Nice thing about ungoverned diesels? They only need fuel and air. To lose 3 mph off the top end leaves the supply as being the culprit. Tho the alternative is the injector pump going bad.

    Bad fuel filter it'll let you know going up even the slightest grade. Possible fuel water separator as well. Just change both.

    Looks very colorful and healthy... my tamatas' got weed whacked twice...each time I was in a hurry and mistook them for weeds. The first time my wife sighed and shook her head at my stupidity... The second time I didn't tell her and when she asked I blamed varmints.
