You do realize warm batteries will put out that voltage when overcharged right? Normal battery charge should be around 13.5 volts. Yet battery surface charge has no value when its warm. Age of battery is what you need to know. 4 years and older is average life of a good battery.

Also 14 amps out put is horrible. Hoping you meant 1400 amps CCA

    You want the blowby.

OIl sample is no good as dealers change the oil. Unless you got a sample BEFORE the change.

Batteries aren't that expensive. And every gauge in every truck I've been in reads 14ish volts.

The days of 13.5 volts were back in the external voltage regulator days. We're talking 1970's.

My car goes as high as 15.3 volts. It's designed that way.

Warm battery, cold battery makes no difference.

i didnt do a loat test on the batteries but there is sort of a multimeter in the dash of new petes it tells you the voltage and amp readings and they were pretty similar to the new 2020 company pete i was driving a month ago .
