Yeah I got hired doing some end dump work today but I also found some liquid asphalt work this evening so it's good. I had a refer outfit try to hire me as well but they want me to go otr like MGL did. I'm not gonna be in winter dealing with this so I'm just staying local. They still haven't paid me so I kept their paperwork until I get paid

I guess this is supposed to legitimize them not paying me my last check an charging me early resignation when I wasn't employed 2 weeks huh? Sounds like u support these companies who rip off an doesn't pay their employees too!

IDC about the escrow an Workman comp cause I'm NOT employed there anymore Remember?!?! I want my last check, now where is that in the'writing' or die I NOT read that as well??? It is NOT LEGAL to hold a person check, regardless of the expenses Staff.

All the empty miles and layovers" smdh @ Vuk. He wants a 2 week notice when I was only there 11-12 days. Even admitting he failed to pay layover an about 500 miles.

I wish they would just pay me
