TQL Detention Run around

Better to presume TQL will not pay detention easy way, so taking loads to grocery warehouses, perhaps except for Costco, is not a good idea unless the base rate is exceptionally good.
I would not even consider their loads unless they tell me upfront who the shipper and receiver is.

 

Was there detention pay on the original rate con? I do not see how a guy can collect it, unless it is on the original rate con.

That is the reason that when loaded and was told it went to home depot (my second home depot load) I just told them to unload it, until they gave me a new rate con with 100 bucks an hour detention after 1 hour.

I would not even tarp the load until I had the new paper work.
