When I replaced this the last time the center band clamp was broke and the outside bottom clamp was marginal.

Couldn't find them anywhere so I fixed the band and ordered it and a bottom clamp.... pulled the parts off the shelf and they sent the inside clamp not the outside which is shot....

I'm getting to the point I think it would be easier and less frustrating to just fab the new parts then dealing with the idiots.
