Anyone know what a Restriction 24 is on a CDL in California?

    That’s true but that is not the only way to get a K restriction. K is intrastate only whether because of age (Under 21) or because of a intrastate exempted self certification. Neither of these reasons is indicative of a medical variance which is a V restriction.
