I dont' know about Interstate Truckers, but the last 2 times I've paid RoadLaw, they didn't do anything for me at all. Didn't reduce citation or fine.
-
Not necessarily true. When they decide it was you, even if it wasn't, you're getting a ticket.
-
Fines very rarely get reduced. The price you pay for having a cdl.
I've gotten a couple of logbook violations from speeding. They don't go on csa. So. I'll take that over actual ticket on my record.D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
Log book speeding seems like a ticket for falsification of logs which is points on your CSA, and speeding is points on you as well. I think you were lied to.
-
Csa isn't conducted by the courts. They aren't csa certified. And no. I wasn't lied too.
Speeding ticket. Reduced to logbook violation. Pay the fine. Nothing on csa or mvr. There's no logs to falsify.
Some states don't care about your record. They just want your money.
I still paid the same fine.Last edited: Sep 18, 2019
