We've been using a Dispatch Company for the past 3 months and have not been paid any of the loads that we ran under them.
All the loads were booked under their Authority as our Authority was new and shippers didn't want to use us.... or this is what we were told.
We need advise on what to do as they are ignoring our calls & messages.

Only thing you can do, get a lawyer involved. Unfortunate, but that's the way two companies have to deal with each other if one won't.deathB4decaf Thanks this. -
Whoa .... now that’s a new one ... call it a dispatch company. Wonder how many they hooked with that one. Never ceases to amaze me , let’s start a business but we are just truck drivers.

D.Tibbitt and Intothesunset Thank this. -
You ran loads under their authority!
That requires a lease.
So what does the lease say about paying you.mhyn Thanks this. -

Wow just wow this is messed up on so many different levels !
I’ve never heard of a dispatch company unless they were just finding you loads but running your numbers and insurance or was it a brokerage then they have to be getting loads straight from the shipper or their double brokering not enough information here ! -
If at the end of 2 weeks and you hadn't been paid yet why would you keep hauling for them sounds like you should have learned that lesson this time but you need a lawyer
