I had posted a dry van for sale and every second caller was offering me something like this. Give me your trailer with unsigned title and I will pay monthly $500 until you will get your $15000. Then I will come to you and you sign the title.

 

I hate selling stuff because of idiots like that. I listed an old pickup truck for sale a few years ago. Bold letters "cash only, no trades." After the 2nd person offered me a trade I just started replying with "I don't want your old junk, I'm trying to get rid of mine!" Weeded out the illiterates pretty quickly lol.
