I'm sure all this is true as far as you see it, but nobody can force you to do anything.

They certainly pressured and coerced you but you said ok I'll do it instead of no.

What's the worst that can happen if you say no I dont do that? You left after no time anyway so what would have been worse than just manning up?

Im guessing you haven't been around a lot of trucking companies. I have spoke with several drivers who refused due to being over their hours and the company tells them to unload and then have someone else pick up the truck leaving drivers stranded a long way from home

How many trucking companies have you been around that this has happened too you?
I've never had it happen too me.... 5 companies...not once. 1988 to 2007 and 2016 til now...
