Go to the ER immediately call a ambulance if you have to , give the receiving nurse your company phone number , let them work it out , thats the way it worked for me when I found out I was allergic to bee stings.
I almost died if I would have waited I probably would have , company flew a driver to Orlando to retrieve truck and then flew me home after , nothing was ever said.

Ive been sick a time or two even drove myself towards home for surgery a time or two. Its tough being sick. I don't know of anyone hard enough to horsewhip you for being sick, it just not happening.
If you cannot control your mental situation, physical issues or other bigger things you don't understand call for Medics asap. ER's will evaluate you right quick. Ive used them even today in the current year a time or two.
It could be water issues locally or food or on up to a infection or some other range of serious issues. Let your dispatch know you are sick, either find a hotel room or a good truckstop rather than a grubby rest area and rest however many days it takes.
Once my spouse was under the weather in Plainview Texas and we stayed in the local Mcdees for 4 days monitoring her health 24/7 with options if she got worse. It cleared up we never understood what it was and made sure not to be back there with her because in those days the air quality was particularly bad that week thats our working hypothesis. -

Youre human... It happens... Sometimes you can battle through it and keep going, but others you just have to call it. Ive shut it down before because I was sick like you are... Nothing to be ashamed of. If your company give you hell about it then you probably should find a different company.

If your company wants to be jerks about it I suppose you could be in "trouble," but I doubt it. In 2 years there was 3 times I was sick and couldnt deliver a load. One of those times I was in the ER. They jist said feel better keep us updated. 1 time I had enough time that I had an extra day to deliever and I wad only 300 miles from the customer.
You should be fine. Feel better soon.bzinger Thanks this. -
Wait till it comes out of both ends at the same time...
Nothing you can do except call in and let management know you are out of the game from food poisoning. That's what it sounds like happened.
You can't drive in that condition.
See if they can push back the delivery a day or two, or repower the load.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.
