    No ####. I already owned up to that. But refusal to hard brake is not tailgating. It's just refusal to hard brake. And I'm not going to apologize for maintaining control of my vehicle, even if that's ultimately what got me canned. If they don't want me in control of the truck, then that's not a company I want to be driving for anyway
