I just spent 40 mins stuck behind a Penske rent a wreck moving van doing 40 to 45 mph because the driver obviously didnt inderstand the meaning of "WHEN FLASHING" posted below the construction speed limit it sign... GRRRRRRRR!!!!!

 

What state are you in that is BOTH hot AND humid??? Me thinks you're getting closer to my delivery grounds...
