I appreciate the advice but with all do respect my friend the DAC system is designed by trucking companies for this very reason....I have spoken to several attorneys about this and all said similar things like....what they have done or doing is wrong, unethical, sleazy,but not illegal. Proving that someone falsfied something about you through DAC is hard because I was also told that its not illegal for JBHUNT to give an opinion of me....the terminolgies and vocabulary they use on your DAC is not like they are new to this game....JBHUNT knows how to screw drivers because they have been doing it for a long time.....the court of public opinion is the best way to handle this because you fight slander with slander.....only this time getting my word out there is more forethcoming and straight to the point....JBHUNT has taken advantage of the fact that they were able to fabricate an inflammatory "PREVENTABLE" and their effed up way of looking at their agenda without a police to prove either way is scandalous. I guess you will know when it happens....So long as JBHUNT keeps standing by their irrational thinking about whats preventable and whats not my DAC is ruined....if you wish to know some details of why I was terminated read my other thread....thank you for your time driver....be safe.

 

an update on my picketing and image re-alteration of JBHUNT.....i went tuesday 07/07/2009 to jbhunt and this time showed up with some help...needless to say i am making things uncomfortable for jbhunt....my signs are as damning and as slandering as i can possibly make them....JBHUNT IS "GESTAPO"....they are career killers and fabricators...falsifiers and slanderers...i must let all truckers know that this type of demo in front of jbhunt is so rewarding and completely gets the message out there...PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A CLEAN DAC REPORT AND CLEAN RECORD THEN YOU CAN DRIVE FOR ANYONE YOU WANT...BUT I WILL SAY THIS IF YOU CHOOSE JBHUNT.....YOU WILL ENDURE HARRASSMENT DAILY ABOUT USING YOUR BRAKE...OR SLOWING DOWN TOO FAST FOR JBHUNT STANDARDS ALTHOUGH COMPLETELY SAFE AND UNDER CONTROL THEY WILL IMPLEMENT THEIR IRRATIONAL POLICIES TO MAKE YOU LOOK WRECKLESS....THE SOFTWARE ON THEIR TRUCKS WILL ENTRAP YOU LATER DOWN THE ROAD IF OR WHEN THEY LET YOU GO....ALL OF THEIR TRUCKS ARE DESIGNED TO RAT YOU OUT AND RECORD EVERYTHING YOU DO....WHEN YOU DRIVE IN LOS ANGELES,CA IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO NOT SLOW DOWN FAST SOMETIMES BECAUSE YOUR BEING CUT OFF ALL DAY LONG INSIGHT OF FOLLOWING DISTANCE...4WHEELERS JUST DIVE RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU WITHOUT WARNING BUT JBHUNT DOESNT SEE IT THIS WAY....IF TRAFFIC SLOWS TO 30MPH YOU ARE TO DRIVE 10MPH OR 5MPH TO AVOID THEIR NARCO TRUCKS....SAVE YOUR CDL AND DRIVE PROFESSIONALLY FOR SOMEONE ELSE....WHY GIVE A COMPUTER THE OPPORTUNITY TO POLICE OR DETERMINE HOW TO DRIVE....everY scenario jbhunt tries to explain are all after the facts and unrealistic....IN the real world you have nano seconds to respond....jbhunts computers have ions to draw their conclusions on your actions....SAVE YOUR CDL DONT DRIVE FOR THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
