I agree with you. I wouldn’t board my dog anywhere, anytime, for anyone. Trucking jobs are easy to get, especially for a h-w team.

Yeah, and I love this company. But I would be lying if I said my mind wasn't starting to wander a bit.

My mind is always wandering. I'm 12 months away from being eligible to start applying at Walmart..

A better almost guaranteed paycheck. Home two days a week. Reliable freight. Sounds good to me.

Idk everyone has a different point of view. I'm still very happy with CFI so we will see how things go.

With the way this is going they may have to relay. They keep changing my pick ups and delivery times wildly so I’ve gotten to where I can’t sleep at all when I need to. This is getting dumb

Thats where I'm at. I'm holding out for the best. Hoping everything picks up. Got rid of the fleet manager that I didn't get along with when they switched to the new setup in Joplin so that's a plus. Now if only freight would pick up a bit I'd be good! Which, I know it's industry wide for the most part.

But hard to stay focused when you have another company offering 5500+ miles a week with $2200 gross pay each, doing terminal to terminal only runs.

I’m happy with my private fleet job. It’s for an environmental services company. Lots of rules, but they are loosely enforced.
