COMPENSATION:
As full compensation for the services rendered, the
Company shall pay the Contractor as follows:
By Schedule to the truck “Split" (Team Status):
60% loaded miles (Plus the Fuel Surcharge) (Split between two drivers)
60% layovers/stop off (Split between two drivers)
60% detentions (Split between two drivers)
60% hand loads (Split between two drivers)
60% Canada border crossing (Split between two drivers)
60% bonuses (Split between two drivers)
60% deadhead (Split between two drivers)
100% empty moves (Carrier pays you .30 cents per mile to relocate out of bad areas) (Split between two drivers)
$100 bonus for every $1,000.00 beginning at $19,500.00
revenue and above for an entire month 1st - end of the
month. The bonus will be paid out on the first
settlement of the month.
$75 a day will be paid during trucks break downs. (Must be
down for 24 hours).Repairs during home time do not
count.
$500 Sign-On Bonus: $250 to be paid after 90days, and
the remaining $250 to be paid after 180days.
$2000.00 Loyalty Bonus. Paid out after 24 months. -
Weekly Pay Is As Follows (TEAM STATUS):
* Truck earns 60% of the gross revenue of what the truck makes per week (Plus Fuel Surcharge). This amount will be split between the two drivers.
Total fuel purchased will be deducted from driver settlement every week (Split).
* 60% of detention pay goes to the drivers. . (split between two drivers)
* 60% of all bonuses also go to the drivers. . (split between two drivers)
**Note:The 60% of gross revenue plus fuel sur charge equates to .94 cents per mile on loaded miles, and 16.2 cents per mile on deadhead miles, SO Your Splitting .94 cents on loaded and 16.2 cents on deadhead (deadhead miles are negotiable, this means the driver can request more money from dispatchers if the deadhead miles are to high).
**Note: 60% of detention pay (The truck earns $20 per hour {split between each driver} after the first 2 hours the truck arrives at the shipper or receiver), and 60% of all bonuses {split between each driver}. Some loads are negotiable, meaning the drivers can request bonuses from dispatchers on certain loads.
MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS, SIGN ON BONUS and LOYALTY BONUS offered to all drivers .
$500.00 Sign on Bonus (Per Driver)
$2000.00 Loyalty Bonus (Per Driver)
Monthly performance according to monthly revenue.
All straight trucks usually average between $1000-$1600 per driver per week per driver.
Pay is EVERY WEEK via direct deposit (Depending when you start your first check might not be till 1 or 2 weeks later). You will come in as an independent contractor (1099)
As a contractor you make all decisions on how the truck operates. You are not forced to do anything and you run the truck as its your truck. We will be available to you 24/7 to help you make all the right decisions and to make sure you have everything you need while your over the road.
Requirements:
A minimum of THREE WEEKS (21 days out), which means you will have to complete at least 21 days over the road before you go on home time. Unless of course, you have an emergency.
Home Time:
- Drivers stay home for 3-4 days when they stay over the road for 3 weeks (21 days)
- Driver stay home for 7 days if they stay over the road for 4 weeks (28 days). -

Pay doesn't look all that good. Hate to see you doing long haul trucking and barely make meal money. Check Florida Beauty Express, one driver right out of cdl school said his first paycheck was $1700 for one week. It's a hard running, multi-stop run to California is why the pay is good. Sometimes the run is a big triangle; Miami to California to New York back to Miami.
I'd try that first and see how it works out. I think Florida Beauty Express has a terminal in Miami and in Orlando.
