    Apparently not. Part of the story is related to two of the wild fires in NorCal, that have been partly PG&E equipment related. Big multi-billion dollar lawsuits from them. So they are shutting down power to avoid anymore of that happening.

    If your a book reading person, Ted Kopple had a book published about these types of power grid problems.
