    If I lived in Florida or Arizona I would be sleeping in a screened enclosure around the bed. No spiders, palmetto bugs, or scorpions for me.

    A few weeks ago same thing happened to a woman. Only in her case it was a brown recluse!!:eek:
    Amazingly she didn’t get bit before,during and after the removal procedure!!

    That happened to my cousin back in the 1960's in Tennessee.
    She kept feeling an itch in her ear.
    The doctor put her on her side and filled her ear with water.
    A spider floated out.

    We have far fewer bugs than most of the country (minus love bugs but they are harmless). I couldn't even tell you the last time I've seen a spider. We have big things like lizards and crap.
