    Work out when you wake up. If you do it right before you go to bed your quality of sleep will suck. It will actually help you when you get out of bed to work out before you go to work. It will get you loosened up and the blood flowing.

    I can’t get up at 4 am to lift even though I got a squat rack in my basement. I just can’t do it.

    I lift right when I get home after I slam a glass of espresso (I’m fancy) then I make dinner after and by the time I go to be I’m not all wired anymore.

    I just can’t go to bed at 9pm. I’m a night person forced to work days.

    perfect shift would be noon to 10pm.

    @TomB80 look up on craigslist for fedex ground jobs, there's a higher possibility of you driving for em.
