Not sure why that did what it did.
That was a question for you.
If they end up having to take it apart, you going to have to wait, or they have a truck you can use?.lovesthedrive, thelushlarry, D.Tibbitt and 2 others Thank this. -

I think X1's reference was too focused on the Dakotas. It's going to be bad for them but looks like others picked up the slack.
This one sounds like a not so bleak overall picture.

Sorry about that folks.
I was able to view the Amish farms at Strasburg from last week and found that they are having a relatively good year. Almost routine. However in the east you know the Cornstalk needs to be yea high by June to be a good crop.
Ive been chopping fresh corn off cob after hot water takes care of them in 10 minutes. All I need now is webers Cider in a gallon jug. One for drinking and the other kept in the fridge a month to take care of aches and pains associated with physical labor during the fall cleaning time.Cattleman84, D.Tibbitt and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
Not saying my reference is 100% so best to keep an eye on a range of "reports".
We grow a fare amount of sweet corn out in Yakima. Local mechanic made the comment the other day that one of the guys that usually runs corn to the frozen processors has not run any this year because he was too far down the call list.
Mechanic also said that one of the guys further up that list had commented that the storage bunker they drop at was nearly empty. They are processing as it comes out of the fields.
The farmers over near Yakima rotate corn as a crop to help keep the soil healthy. Not sure if they didn't plant as much this year or yields are down.lovesthedrive, Dave_in_AZ, dwells40 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Now I'm starting to feel like I'm channeling Les Nessman.
