My Company truck was stolen
Stolen sometime in the a.m. hours of Fri., July 10th. Or it could have been in the evening hours of July 9th.
It was stolen from terminal yard in Oklahoma City at Meridian and I-40.
Of course, it is a long shot, but if anyone sees an FTC Transportation Truck #1958, please contact the authorities or send me a PM.
This is what it looks like.

That's one big bummer dudes and I'll keep an eye out for your truck. Pretty bold of them going into the terminal like that. Is there security cams or guards # this place?
I pray that your tractor is returned in one piece and that ya won't be disciplined because of this.

Without going into detail, there is no way that I am at fault. And this is not the kind of company to try to pull one over like that.
Obviously I can't go into detail about our security measures, but some of the methods you described are employed and being reviewed. -
Hey if they can get into the high security Werner yard with fences all the way around and one point of entry and exit and steal brand new petes and just finished for resale petes off the lot along with trailers... MONTHLY! Not once but like at least once every 2 months.... I believe they can steal from anywhere -,-
GAPrincess and davan2004 Thank this. -
that seems to happen to FTC trucks quite a bit, I have a friend and neighbor that works for FTC and his truck was stolen from the truckstop out here at mcloud one day, his wife was working in the truckstop and knew he had just parked the truck to go take care of business and she saw his truck leaving after he had left in their personal vehicle so she ran out and stopped it and called the law, the truck was recovered quickly and the POS that took it was arrested
I wonder what makes them trucks so attractive to thieves, maybe they think L jones won't prosecute or something -
alot of trucks are worth more in pieces (parts)
-
I hadn't heard about that. This is the first time a truck or trailer has been stolen off the yard. Though some trucks had been broken into before and things stolen. And someone's personal vehicle was stolen not long ago.
It's no secret that we don't have Qualcomm, but those can be disconnected fairly easily.
I don't have anything else to do now until this is all sorted out so I've been trying to learn about truck thefts, especially, in the area.
I wonder where I could buy some of these stolen parts. ?
