I can see a sneezing incident causing a crash before spilt coffee, that is just on the driver in my books.
I was riding with a friend that dropped a cigarette in his lap, and decided the only thing important was getting that cigarette. we were coming up on stopped traffic at the baytown tunnel, and I mentioned to him 3 times that he should stop, he finally did when he hit the vehicle in front of us. lol, luckily we were not going very fast. lol

There have been times that truck and trailer would have gotten away if it was not for that stupid pile of human stuff. Hot Coffee etc. so stupid.

One time I was in King of Prussia at the food court there and they had tall coffee at the McDees there way too hot this was just before the famous kerfluffle re: hot coffee too hot. And it got away from my tray. Splashed a nurse in her fur coat of all things plus the right hand and wrist. We put that into a gallon bucket of cold water while we dabbed at the fur coat.

I still had to shift with that #### hand out of there. Swear it's second degree burns all the way up which would not be the first time, its been burned up there before on that side so is like almost leather and took the heat ok. That time.

We had a driver claim he swallowed a hard piece of candy, while choking lost control drove off the highway and right into the scale bldg on I-80 mm 56 in PA. Couldn't produce the rest of the bag, couldn't say what brand it was.
I came up upon another accident years ago I -80 WB about mm 210 in PA. Dump trailer rear ended a flatbed with a Firetruck on it. Totaled both trucks. The driver of the dump trailer was standing alongside of his mangled tractor muttering to himself "#### cigarette, #### cigarette." He reached down to get it after he dropped it in his lap. Crash.
