Apparently both Swift and CR England offer tuition financing WITHOUT a credit check. Others may also. Sounds like that's the way you should go.

Nana, the only problem I had with your post was that you seem to have an attitude that you had to "correct" me that when you get your money back that you have broken even. If you don't think that when you have paid money up front and then later get it back, that you have then broken even, there's no point in me talking to you about it.

Have you tried vocational rehabilitation? I am getting my truck driving school paid for by them.

Well, I guess then there isn't any point in you talking to me then, because I figure if I've gotten the training and my money back I've done much better than break even.

Now, I personally don't have a problem with the fact you and I disagree I happen to think it's pretty normal for people not to view things the same and to express it. It certainly doesn't upset me in the least that you see it differently than me. And if you thought I was correcting you, I wasn't. You have your opinion, it's yours. No one can tell you what your opinion should be. We just view it a bit differently is all.
I hope the week treats you wonderfully!:yes2557:

Kinghunter -- I'm intrigued about your comment using vocational rehabilitation to fund tuition at truck driving school. How does that work? Who should I talk to? Is it a state or a federal program. PLEASE let us know!

    Rob,

Voc Rehab's are State run services available to communities.

They do have programs to assist with training. If you qualify.

For Oregon I found this in a Google Search:

    OVRS
Oregon office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services

    Best of luck!!!
