The small fuse on positive in battery box is for the ecm. It will crank but won’t start, if blown. Also no cel lights on dash, with key on, ( cel test mode) . Have you tried to get any codes? Must be another fuse somewhere, Also check connection at starter relay on firewall, it’s usually mounted near steering shaft. The wires tend to break, might have been the original problem. Dealer knows ECM is fuse protected. Bunch of thieves. Try talking to a mechanic, instead of Parts Guy, when possible.
Is there a fuse protecting the ECM ???

I would get a copy of the ECM hookup from a dealer using your VIN.habfleet, truckdriver31 and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
