Diesel is 7 lbs per gallon. 34.2 gallons need to be burned.

GA & TN & KY scales are easy to dodge, but don't think you need to do that.
Once you burn off about 35 gallons of fuel, just keep the tanks at that level if your worried about it.

Get rolling man. You've already spent how long scaling and figuring and worrying and scaling and calling yer boss?? They arent gonna think twice about not giving you a green light. Theyre just gonna think "get out of here driver. Give er the gas."

You're only 30K on trailer tandems with them all the way forward.
What did they do? Place Big Bertha the Cashier in the front of your trailer?

You've spent more on scaling than the overweight ticket would be.

Be glad your not going through Ohio. My trainer was driving when we got a ticket for 200 lbs over on the drives but under gross. State trooper was called and ticket was written. Minnesota was lenient though on another trip, again about 200 over on drives but under gross and passed through scale unscathed.

You will NOT get a ticket for being 240 over on drives. Plus you have an APU that will allow up to 400 lbs over on drives
