is this the estimate they gave you or what you had replaced on the truck, first question second question is try to him the priming pump on filter housing and see if there is any fuel coming out from housing itself right by priming pump, if not pump it a few times and check if the truck starts easier if it does start easier than probably i hate to tell you but you need 1 or more injectors possible fuel housing plug is bad and sucking air what you can do i just use a 6mill allen and tight the plug just a bit and see how it goes from there.

This was the estment they gave me with labor and parts when I use to prime the truck to start there was fuel coming out of the prime and I could see some air bubbles as well if I prime it few times its starts with no problem but If I turn the truck of for about 15 minutes and try to turn it back on take a little bit before it starts up no vibration or anything normal idle not even change in fuel usage and the injectors were replace 140k miles ago changed the batteries new water fuel separator as well same problem I just dont understand how could it be all 1 to 6 injectors need to be replaced as well with the fuel housing

Replace housing first that might be your problem it’s very possible.
