You need to talk to a cattle baron. Dont see too many of them on the bigroad near the Nooga. Out in the Lonestar and Okie, I see them thick as thieves on the backroads, more than any other rig. Know anyone thats raising cattle in the southeast?
Best of fortunes getting into a bullwagon. Happy motoring. -
I haven't seen much for the bull racks running around Chattanooga either. Best suggestion is to find a stock yard or livestock auction & go talk to the driver's that my be hanging around unloading or waiting to load...
I did a google search & it shows that there is a livestock auction here in Chattanooga. The address is on St. Elmo Ave. I'm not sure how old that info is or is the place is still there. -
That is a rough gig. A lot of them used to eat handfulls of the high speed chicken feed, just to make their drops. Most run overweight and yes they cut through the woods and I mean the woods, not the woods I cut thru and I get off the beaten path. Very little sleep, crapped and wizzed on all the time and have a lot of worries in getting the job done. Livestock is a tough gig. I never drove, but when I was younger rode with a neighbor. I saw him get his arm broke one time.
Hogs will flat out eat you if you get down in the trailer.luvtheroad Thanks this. -
