Yes they are, but so us Jum Palmer. Good company, good training. They also have a yard in Yakima, WA and do a few state regional out of that yard.

Yes, my fiance & I are wanting to team together. I will say though, I'm not sure what all is wrong with CRST, but I've heard a lot people say not to work there so I'm pretty sure they're off the list.

CRST is a bottom of the barrel company. Low pay, poor equipment, say anything to get you hired company, IMO.

With regards to Jim Palmer, I believe you are talking about their 11 state NW Regional, home every weekend program. I believe you actually work for Wilson Logistics and pull dry van, not reefer. I've heard of a few Jim Palmer company drivers switching to Wilson an they seem to like the 11 state regional.

IMO, Jim Palmer Trucking's training program is among the best in the industry. It's very similar to Prime, with the same stages in training and the same LONG time with a trainer. The classes for students in Missoula are usually very small (3-5, for example) and taught by a few quality old-timers.

    As I understand.
Yes, Jim Palmer has that 11 State Western Regional to offer. Have to live in the 11 states somewhere. They also have OTR.
On the OTR... As I understand...
Jim Palmer is mostly west of I35. Out of Montana.
Wil-Trans is mostly east of I35. Out of Missouri.

From my knowledge. Out of all offered? I'd go with Jim Palmer. Montana is beautiful. Great fishing. :)

    teamkirsch and tscottme Thank this.

Yes and nothing had changed and nothing is planning on being changed. We are being ran as our own entity, pulling our own trailers, driving our own trucks, and delivering our own freight, and getting our paychecks with the Millis logo just like we have forever.

    teamkirsch Thanks this.
