It still doesn’t answer what NNT means. Those letters are for the Federal bridge weight formula. It’s very common for letters to be used in mathematical formulas. The letters only mean something in their particular use.

That sign is at the bridge to the Southland Park Casino in West Memphis, AR. I've been across it, still have no idea what nnt means.
Well a sign just like it at least.
Edit:. I'm assuming it means no trucks allowed. The sign/bridge at the casino is if you take Ingram Blvd from i40. Trucks can also access the casino from Southland Park drive.Last edited: Nov 4, 2019

It seems the electronics on the newer trucks interferes with the weight restrictions perception of the bridge, making the bridge think it is having a seizure.Tanksmuch and LoSt_AgAiN Thank this. -
