    "It is indeed OOS."

Which is OOS? Red not closing or yellow not closing.

The red knob closes at 20 psi. The yellow does not close until pressure drops to zero. Then it closes.

I just did all 4 bags on my Cascadia. Wrench had it done in like 35 or 40 minutes. $420 for all 4 installed.

1 and a road service is gonna cost you $500 or more.

And some years back the CVSA issued safety bulletin 97-1 and told member jurisdictions not to put vehicles OOS for the failure of the park brake button to pop (Some states we’re doing so) Look it up in the NASOOSC manual. Even Bendix weighed in and stated it wasn’t in the regs or OOS criteria and the only reference to yellow button popping was in the CDL manuals which was not consistent with the regs.

it’s a violation if either fails to close before dropping below 20 psi. It’s OOS if the red button fails to close Before falling below 20psi when doing a tractor protection test(the real test not that crap in the CDL Manual).

Additionally at the time of the CVSA bulletin (1997) there was nothing in the regs requiring the yellow button to ever pop. There is now (before air pressure falls below 20 psi), but it’s still not in the OOS criteria manual.

    I just now tested mine.

Both pop out at 50. Mine was replaced 2 months ago.

I need 80 in both to keep em pushed in though.

Light and bell are at 70.
