At least now they will hire you and let you work while you get HM, before you had to have it before they'd hire you. I had my licence renewed four years ago and they paid for the fingerprint background check

 

I called an found out that my application is 2/3rds of the way done, so it'll be anytime now they said. I was just worried it was taking so long when most people say they hear back within 30 days or so.

 

What is the backing procedure? I think most of us have been driving long enough that backing isn’t an issue, but I’ve read where people are actually hitting trailers. Is it a tricky set up? Or is it just incompetence? I’d imagine getting out to go look isn’t an issue.

 

It's a pretty tight back, it's set up to emulate our neighborhood markets. And the trailers are not dropped straight next to each other. One is crooked and you aren't going to be walking in between them on either side when it's in the hole.

 

That would be to easy and make too much sense
