I was out the door at about 6:20 or so for mass at 7.

I’m sitting there counting people as they come in since that’s part of a head usher’s duties, and I just can’t believe the lack of respect by all the part timers and late comers just casually strolling in after it started.

I get up to go to the bell tower during the Homily to count everybody in the loft and write the numbers down, and here comes yet another part time latecomer who has the nerve to go right to my seat.

Learn to be on time, people!! Enough with the part timers showing up wherever they feel like it and screwing up the parking!!

If they don't have you preplanned, there is a horseshoe road east of you a few hundred feet you can park on just past the tracks. My folks park there sometimes, its just an undeveloped area.

If you're at the Flying J in Olive Branch, stroll across to Tops BBQ for a good bbq sandwich or a great cheeseburger.
