I did talk to the head mechanic at freightliner! He is the 1 who told me about the bad cast on my particular head cast!

Done it did every test possible no white smoke from stacks,no water in oil,ran with cap off for 2 days,did clear plastic bottle with over flow tube in it,no bubbles,I did injector cups,I did egr COOLER! I did dye test,did pressure test on system,I tighten every clamp that has a hose,I disabled rear heater core just to see! Head tech at freightliner told me about the cast! And explained my symptoms exactly to the teeRideandrepair Thanks this.

Often the overflow reservoir tank cracks inside the reservoir and leaks out during operation under pressure going unnoticed because the crack is internal and gets blown away by the fan during operation.Rideandrepair Thanks this.

The tank cracks between the overflow tank and the high pressure overflow tank which has a vent to ground tube which if the high pressure tank is being pressurized will push coolant to the ground tube which dumps out and is blown away by the fan. There's your tsb.truckdriver31 Thanks this.
