My medical card expired now license suspended where can I recertify?

In California you just go to the DMV and get it reinstated. But you have to pay a $500 fee to pay for hypodermic needles for the homeless drug abusers.

 

I'd be on drugs if I had to live in Commifornia too.

 

Wow, I let mine expire for the first time last year, actually even let my license expire, no time period or cost to recertify my medical card, and They told me as long as my license wasn't expired over a year, just take the eye test and paid for the new one.
My daughter does not drive a cmv any more, so just gets a medical card and renews her cdl when she has to renew her cdl for the past 12 years with no problems.

Happens way too often with my drivers and even me.

it expires or someone doesn’t fax it into the dmv. They get put out of service at a scale.
Or whatever I call dmv or driver go re do the med if needed then you fax it in and keep calling dmv to push it through.
Your license is “ suspended” but it’s not it’s just downgraded temporarily until you fix it. Otherwise if it was suspended suspended you wouldn’t be able to even drives car

happened to me few months ago in TN. New medical card faxed to state and i was back in business.
